Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day after you receive your goods. You do not need to give any reason for cancellation.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter, email or telephone call) before the 14-day period expires:

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, returned products must:

• be in their original, unopened and unused condition;
• be returned in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact;
• be received by us within 14 calendar days of you notifying us of your intention to cancel.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of food supplement products that have been opened, used, or whose seals have been broken, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

3. How to Return Your Order

1. Contact us by email or telephone (details above) to notify us of your cancellation and to receive return instructions.
2. Package the product securely in its original packaging.
3. Send the product to: The Redwood Nutrition Review Ltd, 14 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5PD. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
4. Retain proof of postage. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty or not as described.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved:

• We will refund the full product price to you within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.
• Since payment is made on delivery (cash), refunds will be made by bank transfer, postal order, or other mutually agreed method. Please provide your preferred refund method when notifying us of your return.
• We will not deduct any charges from your refund for standard cancellations within the statutory period.

Return postage costs are not refunded unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange collection at our expense and provide a full replacement or refund at your choice. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

6. Cancellation Before Despatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone on +44 20 7253 4817. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel it at no charge.

7. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been opened, used, or whose hygiene seals have been broken (except where faulty).
• Products returned more than 14 calendar days after you notified us of cancellation.
• Products that have been damaged after delivery through misuse, accident, or negligence.

8. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For independent advice, you may contact Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) or the UK European Consumer Centre.
